I hope this message finds you in good health. Our long summer is showing signs of Autumn, after a busy season you may be looking at the changes you wish to make or maintaining the lifestyle habits you have. I wanted to share how I can offer you yoga and lifestyle support in 2025.
Yoga Classes on Zoom You are welcome to join my Zoom yoga class on Monday and Thursday evenings, the class opens at 6:20 for a 6:30pm start. As a trial, the first class is free and you are welcome to bring friends and family. This is a therapeutic class where I focus on the needs of the students and work on a highly personal basis within a limited class size.
Private Yoga Sessions I continue offering yoga sessions tailored to your individual needs. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, these one-on-one sessions are designed to deepen your practice and enhance your overall well-being.
Fasting and Wellness Retreats In exploring running 5 day fasts and the 3-day wellness detox retreat, I am excited to announce that I now have new venue space options. To begin with, I would like to offer private retreats to your group. If you have a date in mind and a small group, please let me know the timing. I can ome to your venue, home or bach or offer you a suitable venue from my database . My tuition rate remains the same, it’s important to me to keep access to health a wellbeing affordable, giving you full control over what you would like to spend on accommodation or any add-on services. If you are an individual or couple and would like to join a group, send me a message, and I will book you in with a group on a date that suits you. This flexible approach gives a little more autonomy and I feel that I’m able to offer a service that meets you all where you want to be. I am running a few private clients through detox and the wellness program, so it is possible to join me online if you simply want a quick 3-day kick-start without disrupting your normal routine.
Wellness Workshops A series of wellness workshops that will be scheduled throughout the year. These workshops will cover various topics, including stress relief, mindfulness, healthy living. Stay tuned for dates and details – these sessions are a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow together.😊
Personal Journey On a personal note, I am fully immersed in my sailing experience, teaching yoga to a local charity, embracing a lifestyle of sustainable living and creating with a large amount of tomatoes from the garden! Living yoga in a practical way - off the mat, embodying a holistic lifestyle and fostering positive habits has been the focus of summer. I look forward to sharing these experiences with you all as we move into autumn an slow down for a healthy start to the rest of 2025.
